Branch to Go

 This is your portal to internet account access.  By following the link below, you will be directed to a secured page where you will sign in.  If this is your first time, please call the main office of Ka`u Federal Credit Union to get instructions (808-929-7334).  Any Credit Union representative can assist you.  We prefer our members call us so we can best insure against identity fraud and other scams arising around the world.

 Before you sign on you should know the system goes down for regular daily maintenance sometime around 8 p.m. (Hawaii Time).  Daily maintenance usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.  Then the Branch to Go is back up, ready to serve your financial transaction needs any where you travel.

 And just to make sure everyone understands, basic internet account access in your Branch to Go is free.  There is no additional charge to you.  However, if you sign up for Internet Bill Pay, there will be a $6.00 per month charge (only for Bill Pay) if you do not maintain a minimum average daily balance of $3,000.00 in your checking account.  You will need a checking account to sign up for the Bill Pay.

 If you sign up for Bill Pay you may be saving big time, even if you pay the monthly fee.  Bill Pay provides unlimited monthly bill payments.  If you write a check and mail it, you will pay for the check (10 cents), the stamp (41 cents) and maybe your own envelope (another 10 cents).  Add that up and you pay over 60 cents every time you write and mail a check.  If you pay at least 10 bills on Branch to Go every month you are guaranteed to save.  Yes, you can save big time with Bill Pay.  Also, if you use Bill Pay and plan all your payments in advance, you can rest assure your payments arrive in time.  The choice is yours.
